Founder of BRAHMAWANTA ARCHITECTEAM, the construction of KAKR Buluh Awar together with TIM received 10 International Development Architecture Finalists, Team Leader Design PRESIDENTIAL PALACE IN IKN (INDONESIA NEW CAPITAL) KSPN Langkat Team Leader, Siosar Relocation Area, Juma Jokowi LMD Monument, TELADAN STADIUM, LAKE TOBA AREA HOME STAY, KSPN TANGKAHAN LANGKAT, and President Office for IKN indonesia and KSPN Lake Toba Homestay Construction Coordinator, many churches, mosques and other spiritual facilities is proof of his dedication and innovation in architecture, knitting space and aesthetics. Forming his love for his hometown and Karo culture, Architect Boy completed his Master of Architecture ITB research with the title Thesis Transformation of Karo Architecture. Not only that, the touch of his cold hands working for more than 24 years has colored the MASTER PLAN for urban and rural areas in Indonesia, an ambitious project for Integrated Cities, Tourist Areas, Industrial Areas, High Buildings, Resort Hotels, Hospitals, Traditional Markets, Mall shopping centers that promises regional transformation. His skill in leading design and development projects has led him to the pinnacle of his current achievements, being appointed as Team Leader for Development Planning for the President's Office in the presidential palace area or IKN, a very monumental project that is proud of Indonesia, created by the nation's children, reflecting trust and recognition of his capacity. More than just an architect, Boy Sembiring is the embodiment of dedication and passion for working for the progress of the nation. His work not only beautifies the country, but also reflects the culture and identity of the Indonesian nation.
